EXCEPT WHEN OTHERWISE STATED IN WRITING THE PARTIES PROVIDE THE PROGRAM AS IS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE PROGRAM IS WITH YOU. SHOULD THE PROGRAM PROVE DEFECTIVE.

Affiliate commissions do not apply to external site links/products.
Commission starts at 10% and after first sale is raised to 15%.
If you reffer 10 sales in 3 months from first sale its raised to 20%.
25 sales in 3 months 25% for every 3 month period.
If quota is not reached commission returns to 15%.
Inactive accounts of 3 months without a login may be deleted.
We reserve the right to discontinue affilite website/program at any time for any reason.
No spamming in any way, shape, form or fashion with affiliate links you will be banned.
Attempts to access restricted pages/suspicious activity etc you will be banned.
Any unrully, profane behavior or anything deemed defamitory you will be banned or for any
reason we deem unacceptable.
Commissions are pending the 60 day waiting period to allow for returns.
You must have a paypal account to send commission payments to.
All payouts have a receipt/invoice.
If account is cancelled and sales are pending, if valid
will be paid after the 60 days.
Upgraded plans if you are banned no refunds.
Upgrades earn a random commission on direct access customers.
ORDERING SYSTEM AND SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Your order and payment.
During checkout you will be required to fill out your billing/shipping info.
Info for PayPal checkout.
There is an internal order number and a transaction number from paypal. Record those numbers.
Print out the cart data from the cart area as well.
When your transaction has been completed with paypal record that info as well.
The last page you were on was your order confirmation with order number.
If you completed the paypal checkout your order was placed and received by us.
The email reciept from paypal is your order confirmation email.
A copy of your order was sent to the email address provided in the order.
If you do not receive this it may be spam blocked or the e-mail address in the order
was different or invalid.
Also if you have a paypal account you may log in to see your transaction and order progress.
A copy of your order may be printed there.
PP help can also answer any questions you may have about your payment.
We ship mostly by US Post to the address in the order.
If it is not correct for postal delivery contact us immediately E-MAIL US
Though we are unable to change a shipping address due to security reasons
we can refund and another order can be placed.
Tracking information will be e-mailed to you by the US Postal Service
upon shipping to the e-mail address you provided. Most orders ship in 3 days from order.
Tracking is always sent it is automatic from USPS.
This tracking number allows you to track package through the US POSTAL SERVICE website.
Non PayPal Payments
We utilize the WarriorsOnly Shopping Network for standard CC checkout
If we process your payment through standard CC checkout your order status page will have any order related updates.
This url is displayed upon payment so bookmark it and it is sent automatically after checkout. This does not apply to PayPal checkout. Payments are not proccessed till ready to ship.
We only deal with the original purchaser no third parties.
Shipping notices are sent when shipped with tracking.Check junk mail.
International orders are at your own risk. If lost held at customs
or in any way not returned to us no refunds.(never had a problem with this).
Returns must be received within 14 days from date of delivery.
If package has to be signed for its the date it was delivered not when you signed for it.
All returns 20% restock fee. Must use contact email address on website only
for return information. As return to address might differ from package return address.
Send us return shipping confirmation so it is know and documented it has been sent back.
Just as you received shipping notification.
Any undeliverable, refused or cancelled orders after item is shipped
will incur a 25% restock fee.
Disclaimer:
Fragrance line products are formulated with alcohol and not to be left
around children. Do not drink, keep out of childrens reach.
If you are not responsible enough to do this do not order.
Do not use on sensitive or broken skin.
If any doubt test small dab on skin. Or use on clothes in inconspicuous area incase of material discoloration.
These terms maybe modified at anytime and in effect.
